Good morning! Ardyth here, and it looks like Valentine's Day preparation is in full swing here on the AJVD blog! I've got another simple but fun Valentine card for you!
I started by using the polka-dot love stamp from Big Love. I placed it right in the centre of my panel and I stamped it with Rockin' Red ink, using my MISTI. Then I moved my panel and stamped with Party Dress, and then It's A Girl, creating an ombre look.
I used the I love you stamp from the same set, with black ink to stamp the main sentiment.
To add more interest, I used the very edge of the Scattered Hearts die on each side of my panel. I put a panel behind it, where I had blended the same colour inks along each edge so that the colours would show through.
I backed the panel onto a black panel that had been cut with the largest Stitched Rectangle die and then backed them both onto a white cardbase.
