i love you...

Happy Wednesday everyone!  Rosemary here with a very simple card for Valentine's day that uses the new Big Love stamp set from A Jillian Vance Design.  The Big Love stamp set is full of beautiful sentiments perfect for Valentine's Day (of course), but also for anything you want to tell someone you love them!

I started by inking up a piece of white cardstock with Catherine Pooler Rocket Red ink.  I was going for an ombre look and succeeded... sort of, lol!   Once that was done I die cut the panel with the largest Stitched Dot Rectangle die.  The panel was placed in my stamping tool and I lined up the sentiment along with one of the hearts that comes in the set.  I stamped everything with VersaMark watermark ink, applied black embossing powder from WOW and heat set it.  I adhered the panel with foam tape and then added the black and white baker's twine as the finishing touch.  Like I said... super simple.  Going to add this to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge of anything goes.

The ombre background is striking with the bold black sentiment! This is beautiful Rosemary and could be used for more occasions than Valentine's day!
