I'm back with some more tropical fun using the Bear from Rudy & Friends and a leaf from the Tropical Hibiscus die set.
I added some foil to the leaf, the bear and the flowers and stenciled some Yellow Glitz Glitter Gel to the card front with the Ornamental Octagon stencil and created another scalloped circle frame!
I created the flowers using the little puff for the hat from the Rudy & Friends set and added some little flower extras from the Itsy Bitsy flowers.
