Hello! I decided on more tropical goodness for today! I love Hootie and extra love surfboarding Hootie!
I created the background with a gel print that I added foil to with the Signature Polka Dot Stencil and some Transfer Gel Duo.
I cut the palm tree fronds from some more foiled gel print and some scraps of tropical papers for the accessories. I colored the Hootie pieces with Distress Oxides and put them together with glue and foam tape.
I created the frame using a Scalloped Circle and a Circle die together and put it all together with more foam tape and glue.
