hello... spring

Hello everyone! Wow...  Febraury is almost over!  Time sure flies, right?  Rosemary here and I'm back with another window card like the one I made a few weeks ago (see that card here).  I told you I would be making a card like that with the Grande Greetings Hello die, lol!  I also used some bits and pieces from the Mini Spring Mix die set.

For this card I used patterned paper like I did on the other card, but this time I used the script background stamp from the Eternal Spring stamp set to give a bit more interest to the patterned paper.  I then die cut the center with an Stitched Dot In and Out Circle die.  The hello was die cut from paper that coordinated with the paper used for the main panel, as well as several more times from white cardstock and adhered together.  I then die cut a smaller circle from the larger circle.   The smaller circle and the hello were then adhered to the card front.  I die cut the larger circle from pink cardstock for the interior of the card (see photo below), as well as a smaller white cardstock circle that I stamped the sentiment "spring" on.  Those were adhered inside the card.  I also die cut a smaller circle from another piece of coordinating cardstock to adhere behind the circle that is floating behind the hello.  I used some of the flowers and leafy stems I had previously die cut from white cardstock using the Mini Spring Mix die set to embellish the outside and inside of the card.  Everything was colored simply with Copic markers.  Adding this to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge of anything goes.

WOW! Great idea to stamp the script--looks like the paper came with it! What a beautifully, happy card, Rosemary--makes me smile just looking at it!

Love the idea of the script on the patterned paper, must try and remember that! It's beautiful, as is the circle and flowers so very lovely.
