Hello! Rosemary here today. With Valentine's day fast approaching I have a card to share that I made with the Swirly Heart die set and the Grande Greetings love die. I just love that Swirly Heart die set and can't believe it took me so long to finally get it!
To create my heart I left the two dies attached. Eventually I will cut them apart so that I can use the large die by itself. I went through my papers and settled on papers from the My Mind's Eye On Trend pad. I die cut the coral panel with the largest Stitched Dot rectangle die and then die cut the panel with the Swirly Heart die. A second heart was die cut from white cardstock and then a third one was cut from the patterned paper. I then adhered the main panel to a white cardstock base and pieced all the hearts into the opening. Only two of the outline hearts were used so that the heart was slightly raised above the outline. To make sure that all the pieces didn't fall out I covered the back of the top heart with washi tape. The love word die was die cut from coordinating paper three times adhered together and layered on top with foam tape. I stamped the word you (from the Watts Up set) in black ink, trimmed it out and popped it up with foam tape.
