3 daisies...

Happy Wednesday A Jillian Vance Design fans!!   Rosemary here on the blog today with a card I made using the Simply Said:  Happy Daisy stamp set
I have been playing with my ZIG Clean Color markers a lot lately and I used them to create my card.  I used my mini MISTI to stamp all the flowers with VersaFine Vintage Sepia.  Vintage Sepia is my most favorite ink to use for watercoloring.  I then colored up my daisies very simply with just a three markers.  I was able to achieve the deeper shadow on each flower by adding just a touch more color to each flower once I had done the initial blending of the color with a damp number 2 watercolor brush.  Once the flowers were all colored I added the sky by mixing a blue marker with water on my craft mat and then brushing it on the panel.  The grass was created by brushing the green directly onto the panel and then blending out a bit with clean water.  After the panel dried completely I stamped the sentiment in VersaFine Onyx Black.  Mounted it on a plain white cardstock base with foam dimensionals.  Going to add this to the current Less is More challenge of repetition.
