Holly & Swirls Christmas Card

Hello, Lisa Hoel here again to share with you an elegant Christmas card featuring the Holly & Swirls die. This is clean and simple and it wouldn't take too long to make multiples of it.

The front of the card is cut from two layers of sturdy vellum. I sandwiched the holly die cuts (cut from white cardstock) in between the layers to give them a screened back effect. To adhere the pieces, I put small dots of Glossy Accents on the holly parts (front and back) to glue all the layers together. If you are going to try this, test it out on a small scrap of your vellum to make sure the glue doesn't show through. I didn't have any problems with mine.

The Merry Christmas sentiment is stamped and embossed with red embossing powder. I very lightly added a bit of soft Distress ink around the edges of the panel for some subtle definition. I also popped the whole panel up with foam adhesive squares.
