For this one, I used a rainbow watercolor panel I made for another project and didn't use. I applied some Transfer Gel Duo through the Heirloom Hearts Stencil and let it dry to tacky.
Then I applied some Deco Foil over it using a Stencil Pal and hand pressure.
I cut some Daisies from some shimmery white cardstock and the Hope from a beautiful metallic purple.
