Happy Monday! I've got some more Fringe Flowers for you today!
You think they made great fireworks? They make even better flowers! I layered the flowers with some thin foam tape and added that gorgeous glitter paper for the centers and the frame.
And added a simple sentiment from the Everyday Greetings set!
