So if you saw my #cardsforUkraine Butterfly card HERE
this is a different version!
I wanted to color it with colored pencils, using the Tombow Color Pencil set we had for our coloring books when she had the store open.
We have since purchased Prisma Color Pencils and Gamsol and that is life changing! They blend so much better! See our post HERE for the video of Jillian explaining it, and also a link to the Gina K video where we learned how to do this technique!
Featuring the all new Fresh Florals: Cascade Stamp Set (coordinating dies coming the end of March, pre-order today!) as half of the Beautiful Butterfly!
I wanted to try that when Jillian designed it and couldn't WAIT to get the stamps.
We have been playing with the Fresh Floral Stamps for a couple of weeks now!
So many options! I have also watercolored them with Distress Inks, also shown in our Tuesday Night Live video from March 8th.
I stamped the image using Ranger Archival Ink in Jet Black then colored and Sentiment is from the Bold Butterfly Stamp Set stamped in Ranger Archival Distress Ink in Picked Raspberry.
Sentiment strip is from So Many Stitched Sentiments Die Set
I am loving her New Brick A2 Cover Plate Die, which arrived last week, layered on top of the Basic Rectangle Backdrop Die Set.
Perfect for backgrounds without being overpowering.
Thanks for stopping by!
