let it snow...

Hello!  I hope your week is going well and you are getting all your Christmas projects done.  Today I have a fairly simple card to share that features more of that fun Snowfall grit paste from Tim Holtz.  I seriously want to grit paste all the things now!

As I indicated this card is fairly simple.  I pulled out my favorite light blue cardstock and used it to die cut the Mini Bold Snowflake, Medium Stitched Snowflake and the Bold Snowflakes.  I then layered each one up with some of that Snowfall grit paste.  Once the paste was dry I layered the snowflakes together using foam tape.  I die cut another piece of the light blue cardstock with the Stitched Dot rectangle die and then stamped the panel with the sentiment from the Let It Snow stamp set in light blue ink.  I then stamped it again with watermark ink, applied some sparkly embossing powder and heat set it.  I added more grit paste to the top edges of the panel.  Once it was dry I adhered it to a card base made from the same light blue cardstock.  I then added the snowflake.  I finished off the card with silver pearls.  I love how this turned out!  Going to add this to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge as it is a perfect fit!

Perfect seasonal design, realistic with the grit paste. That card stock is very light blue. Very nice, Rosemary!
