Hello Fall

Hi y'all! Shelly, here.
Happy Friday!!

Today. I'm sharing a fun 'Hello Fall' card with you!

*I apologize if my photo isn't the best...this card decided it was going to be a pain for me to edit. lol Tried and tried and this was the best I was getting it. Hopefully, it's not that bad. :)

I really had no idea where this card was taking me, but I just kept going with things. ;) I started with making my heart, which I made some stencils out of a couple cover plates and then made a plaid design with them. Or at least tried to. lol After, I used the heart die with my stenciled design and then set it aside. Next, I used the leaf and pinecone dies for my 'foliage' and did some simple ink blending with each die cut piece. I was going to stop there but was thinking of a background for my card rather than just leaving it white. So I grabbed a piece of dark brown cardstock and used a cover plate with it, but just did embossing with the plate rather than using it to cut.

To finish things off, I used the 'hello' die with a gold glitter cardstock and white cardstock. I layered things for a total of three layers. Then added all the elements to my base card, adding foam tape on the back of the heart before adhering. I also added a touch of burlap twine and some jewels. Fun, yeah?!...

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Enjoy your day!
