a sunny hello...

Hello everyone!  Hope your week is going well.  Rosemary here and I have a sunny slimline card to share today.  Yep... another slimline, lol!  I told you I have a ton of ideas for these new dies.  I hope you have gotten yours!

This card is pretty simple.  Just the two sunflower images from the Hug in a Mug stamp set, along with the Slimline Rectangle Window and Word Cover Plate die set.  I also used the largest die from the Slimline Essentials Backdrop die set.  I die cut the Rectangle Window die from bright yellow polka dot paper and slimline rectangle from white.  I temporarily layered the two so I could stamp the sunflowers in the right spots.  I then colored them very simply with Copic markers.  I die cut the hello from the same patterned paper twice, adhered them together and then adhered it in the remaining spot.  I added sunny yellow sequins to the center of section.  I adhered foam strips to the back of the window die cut and then carefully adhered that piece to the white rectangle to form shaker elements for each square.   The entire piece was adhered to a bright yellow cardstock base.  I used one of my favorite tools... my die cutting machine... so I'm going to add this to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge.
