Hello friends. It is definitely summer here in Texas. In fact yesterday it was almost 100 degrees.
I didn't even get any flowers planted for spring.
That is ok though I have plenty of pretty flower stamps to make up for it.
Like this one "He Is Risen"
This stamp is actually an Easter stamp but I like to find a way to use my stamps for everyday as well.

I grabbed a piece of blush colored cardstock and stamped the flowers using a clear ink. I used clear embossing powder on top and heat embossed them.
I then used my Prismacolor Pencils and OMS to color them.
I only added the orange and pink to the center of the flowers and blended it out with the OMS.
I wanted to be able to see the colored cardstock on the pink flowers. You can see the embossed images just enough but it does give it the look of no line coloring.
I taped off one of the sentiments in the set where just the word blessed showed.
I also heat embossed the sentiment but instead of clear I used a rose gold.
I hope you enjoyed my card today. I want to see your floral cards.
Have a wonderful day and stay safe.
Crafty hugs,
Larissa Pittman
