Lisa here! Today I'm sharing a card with lots of layers using a few different products from the shop!
I started this one by using the Knit Stitch Cover Plate to create a stencil. I cut it from some very light cardboard. Then I applied some Therm O Web Transfer Gel through it to a panel cut with the Stitched Dot Rectangle Backdrop Die in a diagonal pattern. Once it was dry, I ran it through my Minc with some foil.
While the stenciled piece was drying, I stamped the cup from the Hug In A Mug stamp set onto some Copic friendly paper and then stamped the top of the snowman from the A Cool Friend stamp set over it. I colored it all in and you can ever so lightly see some snowflakes stamped in Metallic Gold ink.
I pulled out a pretty gold doily from my stash to use as a backdrop for the cup.
I cut some pine sprigs from the Fresh Cut Pine Die Set from two different greens and the pinecones from some brown cardstock. I added the lacy pinecones to some lighter brown cardstock and then fussy cut around. I wanted them to be a little heavier since I would have so many layers going on.
Finally I added everything to my base with various thicknesses of foam tape including a sentiment from the Hug In A Mug set. I used the Just Glue It Adhesive from the shop to attach the sequins.
Thanks for stopping today! I hope you enjoyed your visit!
