Good morning! Ardyth here with an 'out of the cup' coffee-themed card for the Spring/Summer Coffee Lover's Blog Hop!
I created an alcohol-ink background on Yupo paper, using 2 coffee-coloured Copic refills (E55, E59) as well as Pinata Brass ink. I was really pleased with how it turned out - so many different shades of 'coffee' and that beautiful brass highlight!
I really didn't want to cover any of the coffee, so I cut the stitched circle flower centre from Delightful Daisy and stamped a sentiment from Perk Up with Icing on the Cake ink.
I created a smaller circle mask and then inked the edges of my sentiment circle with Wow! Embossing ink before embossing it with Brass Wow! Embossing Powder.
