You Crack Me Up!

Ardyth here with a card using the new EGGstra Special Create-A-Card die in a fun way.

I cut the large egg from a panel of white cardstock. Then I used the zig-zag from the Elegant Stitched Dot Edge dies to 'crack' it. Because it's so big, I had to cut the top again, moving the zig-zag die about 1/2 inch up, so that it would 'open' and still fit on an A2 card. I love that the two dies have the same stitched-dot pattern, so it looks like it was meant to be!

Next, I cut the chick and 'face' pieces from the Hey Chick die set as well as the grass from EGGstra Special. I blended Limoncello and Tiki Torch onto the chick, Melon Ice and Lime Rickey onto the grass.

Then I blended It's a Boy, Fiesta Blue, Something Borrowed and a tiny bit of Suede Shoes onto another white panel to create a sky and cut that with the largest Stitched Dot Rectangle die.
