Hello, Friend

Good morning! Ardyth here with a fresh rainbow card, hoping for some Spring!

I started by cutting out the Dancing Daisies Coverplate from a panel of white cardstock. I coloured the petals with Copic markers, using 3 shades for each colour, to get a good blend from darker in the centre to lighter at the edges of the petals.

I used the Open Daisies as a topper for each daisy and I adhered them only in the centre, slightly folding the petals up for some dimension. I trimmed the edges so that they wouldn't overhang the framed panel.

I blended some green ink onto a white card base, masking the edges so that they would be white around the framed area. Then I stamped my sentiment from Pretty Posies.

When I glued the framed panel onto the card base, I popped up the edges of each 'unattached' petal for some more dimension, while the frame and flower centres were glued flat to the card base.
