Hello friends! Rosemary here today with a non-traditional valentine that I made using the new Watts Up stamp set and the coordinating Light Bulb dies. I also used the fun Circuit Board background build stamp.
I started my card by inking up the Circuit Board with a light gray ink and stamping it on white cardstock. The panel was then die cut with the large Stitched Dot rectangle. I inked up another piece of white cardstock with Squeezed Lemonade distress oxide ink and then die cut three of the small light bulbs from the panel. I die cut the bottom portion of the light bulb from silver glitter cardstock for a bit of sparkle. The little heart was die cut using the smallest die in the Stitched Dot Heart die set. I adhered the panel to a light gray cardstock base and then adhered the light bulbs as you see with the center on popped up with foam tape. The little heart was adhered to that light bulb. The sentiment was stamped with CP Black Jack ink, die cut with the smallest die from the Sentiment Strip die set and adhered with foam tape. Since I have a heart on my card I'm going to add this to the new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge of have a heart.
