sending you blessings...

Happy Wednesday everyone!  Rosemary here with a fall inspired card to share today.   I have been having so much fun creating cards with the Grand Leaf Trio die set that I just had to make one more using the only leaf in the set that I had not used yet... the oak leaf.

One of the things I love about the Grand Leaf Trio die set is that two of the leaves are large enough to be stamped on with sentiments from several fall themed A Jillian Vance Design sets.  For this card I used the beautiful Autumn Blessings stamp set.   The patterned papers are from a very old My Mind's Eye paper pad called Fiddlesticks.   In the photo the polka dot paper is reading as gray, but it is in fact a very soft yellow.   The leaf was die cut from some fun plaid and then stamped with the sentiment using Catherine Pooler Black Jack ink.  The banner piece was die cut from corrugated paper using the Minnie Pearl Bookmark die set.  The polka dot paper was die cut with the largest Stitched Dot Rectangle die and adhered to the card base.   The leaf was adhered to the banner and then the banner  was adhered to the card front.  Finished off with a twine bow.  The layout is based on a fabulous sketch from Fab Five so I will be adding it to their gallery.
