Be-Leaf

Good morning! It's Ardyth here with a clean and simple fall card.

I wanted all the focus to be on the leaf, so I kept the rest of the card white. I cut the Diagonal Stripe Cover Plate from white cardstock and set it aside while I blended Catherine Pooler ink onto the maple leaf from the Grand Leaf Trio Die set.

My sentiment is from BeLeaf in Yourself and it's stamped on the thinnest of the Sentiment Strips. These sentiment strips are designed so that you can use them across a 4.25" card or 5.5" inch card (genius, right?!) but it wasn't long enough for this diagonal. So I just snipped it and left a gap under the leaf. No one (except us, of course!) will ever know!
