I found myself playing with Distress Oxides on glossy paper. I put some red, pink and purple shades of Distress Oxides onto my craft mat and misted with water. I dipped my glossy paper into the puddles of color and heat set. I did this several times until I was happy with the results. I then rubbed some Distress Micro Glaze onto the glossy cardstock to make the brightness of colors shine.
Using the AJVD Blooming Rose Die Set, I cut the the glossy cardstock, as well as some white cardstock. I then assembled the rose onto a panel of white cardstock. Using the AJVD Beautiful Rose Stamp and Die Combo, I stamped part of the sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black and used the word die to cut the rest of the sentiment to adhere to the white cardstock panel. A few white sequins put the finishing touches onto this card.
