If it is time to celebrate, I'm thinking this card might be appropriate. Kecia Waters on the blog today.
To make this card, I used the oval balloon die from the AJVD Balloon Trio die set to cut a balloon from a piece of acetate. I used the negative space of that acetate as a stencil and proceeded to sponge various, brightly colored die inks onto a white cardstock panel. I did take a black pen to draw the balloon strings. I die cut the sentiment five times from white cardstock using the AJVD Celebrate DIEalogue Word Die. I stacked these sentiments and adhered together. Using a Spectrum Noir glitter pen I added some sparkle to the sentiment and adhered to the card. Just a few sequins were added to the card as a finishing touch.
