Scraps to beauty. That's what this card represents. I'm in love with the look, and it was made with all scraps. Kecia Waters guest posting on the AJVD blog today.
In a recent card, I had cut a panel of watercolor paper with the Grand Leaf Trio die set. Using this scrap negative, I covered a scrap of paper that had been sponged with various Distress Inks. I colored the scrap with a Spectrum Noir Clear Glitter pen for a little sparkle. I scored two lines across the watercolor paper panel, added three gold sequins. Using Versafine Onyx Black, I stamped the sentiment from the Simply Said: Thinking of You stamp set.
So take a good look at those scraps. There might be some beautiful possibilities.
