Falling for You

Good morning! Ardyth here with a simple, bright card that reflects some of the beauty of autumn!

I started by cutting a leaf out of several post it notes. I used the negative and blended Distress Ink through the centre, being careful not to extend my ink over the edges of the post it note (it actually happened once, which is why there is part of an orange leaf near the top left corner!)

I turned my masks to create a topsy-turvy falling feeling and extended them from top left to bottom right.

I added some blue sky and spritzed the panel with water.

To add some interest (and to reinforce the downward fall of the leaves), I used one of the *now available!* Elegant Stitched Dot Edge dies with the point facing down, and slightly off centre (these dies are long enough to do that!) to allow space for the sentiment.
