Hi everyone!! I have a really simple Father's Day card to share today. With graduation and everything else coming up keeping it simple was the plan for me when it came to my card, lol! I used the fun Charming Spring and Summer Holiday stamp and die set.
Since this is a Father's Day card I pulled out a very old pad of My Mind's Eye paper that had a masculine theme to it. I picked two pieces that I like and got to work. I die cut the houndstooth piece with the Stitched Dot Rectangle die and the tape measure piece with a Circle Backdrop die. The circle was then trimmed down and adhered to the main panel. I stamped the Happy Father's Day sentiment on cream cardstock using VersaFine Vintage Sepia and then die cut it with the matching little charm die. Some twine was wrapped around the card, threaded through the hole in the charm and then tied in a bow. Adhered the panel to my card base and I was done! Popping this into the current Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge to make it masculine. Also adding the card to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge as it is masculine as well.
