Later in the week, the calendar will declare it is officially fall. I decided to celebrate the changing of the season with this card. Kecia Waters on the blog today.
With watercolor paper, I used the AJVD "Leaves and Petals Die Set" to cut the leaves. I sponged various dye inks directly onto the leaves. The dye inks include: Adirondack Sunshine Yellow, Adirondack, Sunset Orange, Adirondack Lettuce, Distress Ink Wild Honey, Distress Ink Walnut Stain. I then adhered them onto a panel of patterned paper from Lasting Impressions. I stamped the sentiment from the AJVD "Autumn Blessings Stamp Set" with Versafine Onyx Black ink. I then placed the panel onto a white cardfront. To me, this seems like the perfect card for Thanksgiving.
