Though it's an oldie, I've been a long time admirer of the AJVD "Sunburst Swirl Background Builder" stamp. Kecia Waters on the blog today sharing a set of colorful note cards.
To make these note cards, I stamped the "Sunburst Swirl Background Builder" with Versamark Watermark onto Neenah Classic cardstock. I colored over the Versamark Watermark by sponging Pan Pastels onto the card, and using the Pan Pastel Colorless Blender to blend. I loved the result and decided to let the background stand alone as a card. I did add a matching enamel dot to each card.
Here's a close-up of one card. The great thing is, I think this background looks great, no matter what orientation it is.
