... jingle on...

Hey AJVD fans!!  Rosemary here today with a quick little holiday card to share.  I used the fun AJVD stamp sets Jingle All the Way and Happy Birthday.   I keep things very simple and used a light aqua, grey and white color scheme.   The current Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge is to use a stamp so I will be posting this card there, as well.

After adhering some patterned paper to my card base I cut a rectangle from white cardstock and matted it with cardstock the same color as the card base.  I stamped the jingle bell using ink that matched the card base and a slightly darker aqua ink.  The sentiment was stamped over the bell using grey ink and then I added the string (from the Happy Birthday set) in grey, as well.  I stamped the bow in light aqua, trimmed it out and adhered it as you see.  Some fun foam was added to the back of the piece and it was adhered to the card base.  I did add some clear Wink of Stella to the sentiment, but you can't see it (insert sad face).  Simple, but rather cute I think.
