Background Birthday
I just used stamps in the
Happy Birthday set to stamp my whole panel.
Then I just heat embossed my sentiment on a strip of cardstock and stapled it to my panel. I adhered my panel at an angel on my card. Easy. It will mail flat!
I stamped my first image in the center.
Then, I stamped around it turning my image each time.
Til I filled the entire panel.
Then I colored in all the images and added highlights with a white gel pen.
I then stamped all over the panel with the streamer image in a light gray.
