you are my anchor



Hello, it's Amy here with a non-holiday card.  Sometimes it's nice to switch gears and I was looking forward to inking up the new

Simply Said:  Anchor Set


Nautical + Chalkboard = Yes, Please!

I did a different variation of the technique.  Rather than using black cardstock, I used navy.

The image has been heat embossed in white and then I sloppily smeared white ink all over the navy base.


The red geometric strip is washi tape.

Super Easy and Quick card to make!

This is uh-dorable! I love the navy Amy switched out for the traditional black of the chalkboard design. That is sooo perfect for a nautical design. And loving her use of the washi down the side, too!
