It's Monday on the A Jillian Vance Design blog! Kecia Waters here with a card featuring a very busy guy this time of year...the squirrel. I'm telling you with the start of a new school year, I'm thinking I'm just as busy and may just need an "I forgot" card, because I can almost guarantee I'm going to forget a birthday or some other commitment due my very busy schedule. Now I have one handy.
I made this card by stamping the squirrel image from the "Oh Nuts!" stamp set by Whimsie Doodles onto X-Press It cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the image with Copic markers. I made the grass and the sky also with Copic markers.
I stamped the sentiment, also from "Oh Nuts!", with Versafine Onyx Black.
I adhered this image panel onto a panel of patterned paper from Memory Makers. I added a brown ribbon for the finishing touches to this card.
