Happy Friday everyone! Thanks for stopping by, it's Beth with a Thank You card featuring faux washi tape using Terrific Tape stamps.
We love washi tape, but it gets pretty expensive to buy so many designs and colors...why not make your own?
For this card I used the tissue paper and Adhesive Sheet technique I used on the Thinking of You Card and Oh Happy Mini Canvas projects. This time I stamped on the tissue paper then cut the pieces out with scissors and adhered them to the card. To coordinate inks, I used a Colorbox Queue pigment ink set. I layered cardstock and used Photo Corners to finish off the look. Easy Peasy!
You could also just stamp onto white cardstock and cut out, but I like the texture the tissue paper makes.
I used these products:
Terrific Tapes Stamp Set |
Many Thanks 4x8 Stamp Set |
Other supplies:
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L: Creative Photo Corners, E-Z Runner, Adhesive Sheets
Clearsnap: Colorbox Pigment ink Queue
Cardstock
Thanks and have a great weekend!

I love your card! You're getting so much use out of one stamp set. And using the tissue paper is just brilliant. You've created the feel of washi and created extra texture, too. Win - win! Really fun color choices and great card, Beth. :)

I love your bright and happy colors! The tape stamp set is very cool--need to check that out!
