'Tis the season for Graduation! And so start the parties, and the gifts, and THE CARDS! We have two parties on Saturday, so here is what I'm doing for the cards:
I started with the Happy Die Set, and cut/embossed it in yellow, blue and black papers. I swapped the negative and positive sets of die cuts to create 2 cards, with some leftovers (I was going for specific school colors, both involved yellow).
Behind the letters I added 3D Foam Squares (I had to cut them into strips to fit the letters) so they popped out a bit. For the word Graduation, I used the Happy Occasions stamp set, which includes a wide array of sentiments that fit the Happy die. I felt like the patterned paper was a bit busy so I cut/embossed a banner from the Banner {die}tails set to ground the stamped word.
Inside the card I used a Keepsake Envelope so the gift stays in place.
For the second card, you can see I did almost the same thing, but used black paper, and stamped on a label from {die}namic Duo. Easy peasy!
These are the supplies I used:

{die}namic Duo Die Set |

Other Supplies:
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L®: 3D Foam Squares Small White & Black, E-Z Runner®, Keepsake Envelopes
Simple Stories: Yellow and White Patterned Papers
Black Ink
Misc: Black and blue papers
Thanks for visiting, and Congratulations to all the graduates in your life!

Love this idea Beth.
Oh these turned out wonderfully. I just got those the die and stamp set a little while ago. I think it's time to play. Thanks for sharing.
