Spring Has Sprung

Happy Monday!  And it is truly a very happy Monday for me!  I'm Kecia Waters and I'd like to thank A Jillian Vance Design for asking me to join the design team.  I am delighted, honored and so very eager to create with Jillian's fine stamps and color some of the new images from Becky Schultea. 

For my card, I thought I'd get a jump start on spring.  I don't think I can take much more of this winter weather, so I'm convinced I need to create my own warmth and sunshine.
