Welcome back! Today we're getting cozy with Cool Cat!
I started with a foiled background from Therm O Web and then I used the same rainbow Deco Foil to foil a Toner sheet and die cut my snowflakes and alphas for my sentiment.
I created the frame using one of the Scalloped Circles and a Stitched Circle and popped up the frame and adhered the center directly to the background.
I cut the Cool Cat from white Plush paper and the details from gel prints... those eyes, am I right??
Finally I added a white sentiment strip and popped the sentiment over the top.

I definitely used more than 3 colors and added at least two layers and of course the kitty is my cuddly image. Check it out!
