Hi there! I've got some Hootie for you today!
I created the background using the Knit Stitch Cover Plate to cut a pretty shimmery blue paper and glued it over a darker blue. Then I cut out my Hootie in grays and made him a little hat and scarf with the same darker blue as the background. I cut a branch from woodgrain paper and popped it all up onto the panel and tucked snowflakes underneath.
Finally I heat embossed the sentiment from the Owlidays stamp set onto a strip of that gorgeous blue and popped it up under Hootie.
