It's Monday and I'm hoping for a smooth one! Today I'm sharing some watercolor and one of the gorgeous Fresh Florals images! I started this one using a panel from some quite fabulous watercolor paper included as a bonus in my last Your Paper Insider Box. I heat embossed the florals in the corner of the panel and then smooshed some Distress Oxides over the entire piece.
After the panel dried a bit, I used my Karin Markers to color in the florals. If I'm being honest, I overheated florals in the bottom right corner and the embossing just didn't look good... flat and wasn't holding the watercolors in a good way, so I just covered it up! I used the Elegant Edges dies to create a corner piece that was perfect for my sentiment that uses the Blessed word die from another Fresh Florals coordinating die set.
