Sew Kind Of You Card

Hi, Connie here with a distressed, mixed media card using
the Antique Sewing Machine Die and the Sew Blessed Stamps.
So fun and you can make it your own depending on the card
background colors.  

To create this card start with the background.  That is the fun part :)
 I went with Distress Oxide inks, peach, sunset and brown tones. 
I stamped over the color mix using the Quilting Stitches Background
stamp using a dark peach color.  I then sprayed with water to give
the background a distressed, old look.  The Antique Sewing Machine
Die was cut on Kraft cardstock and adhered to  a 4" x 3" piece of
black cardstock.  Buttons and thread were added to embellish the 
sewing machine along with the sentiments.

Speckle with beige acrylic paint. I always use an old toothbrush.
Water the paint down and pick it up with the brush. Gives
an even speckle to the card front.
