Sew Blessed

Today I've created a quilt for you!  I started with a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" piece of cardstock.  I cut the sentiment strips from four different shades of cardstock from a Harvest pack of paper and adhered them in a random pattern of colors and thicknesses to the panel.  Then ran it through my die cutting machine with the Stitch Dot Rectangle along with the Quilt die in the center, kept in place with some washi tape.

Then I adhered the die cut panel to a piece of green cardstock 4 1/8 x 5 3/8". I diecut the quilt die from three patterns from a coordinating pack and once from the same green.  I glued the frame from the green cut inside the quilt shaped center and then added the patterned "petals".  Finally in the center I added a Scalloped circle and a sentiment stamped circle to the center of that.

At the bottom I added another thin strip and then wrapped and tied some twine around it.  I stamped a couple tiny tags and added them with a pin to the twine.  I adhered the tags in place with some foam tape so they would always be readable.

And that's me for today!  Hope you enjoyed your visit and you'll come again soon!
