Welcome back! I've got some more Christmas In July for you with the awesome newly released Mini Quilt Blocks die set! I love these sweet mini versions of the larger quilt dies!
I cut the three dies from Gold cardstock and also from a deco foiled green gel print made with acrylic paint. The Gold Shattered Glass Deco Foil sheet was used so the coverage gave it a cool look letting some of the green showing through. Then I assembled them all mixing pieces onto white cardstock to make it easy to put them together and fussy cut around them.
I die cut the Rectangle Window Slimline from white cardstock and used the rectangles that cut from the center (also stitched I might add) and popped the quilt pieces up onto the centers of them.
I cut a Plaid Slimline die cut and adhered that to a piece of white cardstock about 1/8th of an inch larger on each side. Then I arranged my three quilt squares onto it leaving room at the bottom for a sentiment.
I die cut the Season's Greetings Scripty Word Die from Gold and the base in the same shade of green as the gel print and popped it up onto the card slightly overlapping my quilted pieces.
A few sequins and done!
