Hello, everyone! Jillian here, long time no see! We had a great time in New York City, and now I'm back working on cards and new product.
Today I have a super fun card for all of you! Perfect for the summertime, too!
First, I cut a Mini Slimline Backdrop, the same size as my background (so the biggest from the set) using watercolor paper and then used some blues from my collection to create some fun, pretty ocean water! I'm not an expert at watercoloring, but I really love the colors, love the way they blended together and ended up working with the other colors I used on the card!
From there, I cut the waves out using the Anchors Aweigh 2.0 die set. The sailboat is also from that set, and it's colored with Zig markers.
This was so much fun to put together and I love the way it turned out.
