Graduation Shaker Card ~ Tuesday Night Live in Review

Hello! So for our Tuesday Night Live this week, I created a Graduation Shaker Card and a gift card holder!
Sorry we are just down and out in this video, we just learned of another school shooting right before we started filming.
We are praying for those families who lost loved ones.

So we wanted to review for the new followers, how our Stitched Plaid Cover Plate works.
This was discovered by a design team member, we did not know until she used it in this way that it even worked like this~ Happy Accident!

So I chose purple and white as my colors as we have a college nearby using them as well as NYU which is where I finished my film class recently.

If you cut the Stitched Plaid Cover Plate in 2 different colors, this works with the A2 size as well as the Slimline size, then rotate one of them 180 degrees, with the stitching still facing up, you will get this 2 color layered look! Isn't that COOL!!!
FYI:  The Mini Slimline size, does not work like this.

Then for the gift card holder, cut 2 Minnie Pearl Tags, and decide which one will be the front layer. Then take the Stitch Dot Hexagon die, and place it on the chosen layer, to create your "V" design. Then just layer and put a tiny bead of glue along the edges to create you pocket! EASY PEASY!!!
I stamped using the MISTI and the College Grad Stamp Set and the cute little Grad Cap is from the Spring Birdie Die Set.

Here is our video below. Please excuse our sadness as well as our internet connection at times was very slow. Thanks again for watching and being patient!

Thanks again for joining us, see you next Tuesday!
