Welcome back! It's getting to be that time of year! Lots of young adults will be graduating from high school and college and you're gonna be invited to some parties!
All grad cards don't have to be all black and gray... sometimes it's fun to use light and bright colors and you know I love pink!
I created this background by stamping the Fresh Florals image onto a watercolor panel with acrylic paint, letting it dry and then foiling it! It's a great alternative to using Toner Ink... easier to clean up and you can use the same color as your foil in case it doesn't transfer perfectly. I have a quick video here showing how I created some backgrounds like this:
I played with this a bunch this weekend and had a lot of fun using different stamps and backgrounds!
I die cut one of the Hexagons, stamped a sentiment on it and popped it up onto the card. Then I die cut the grad hat and butterfly from foil cardstock in a similar color to the Deco Foil .. added a few sequins and done!
That's me for today! I hope you enjoyed it and you'll come again soon!
