Welcome back! I'm turning to Christmas themed cards and I'm loving the Santa from the just Be-Claus stamp set ... not to mention all of the great sentiments!
I embossed Santa in gold and colored him in. Then I used Nuvo Drops (lots of Nuvo Drops) for his beard. I did a layer and let it dry and then added a few more layers so there would be "lines" in it rather than being super smooth. I love how it came out!
I layered the Checkerboard Slimline in white over a white layer of the largest Essentials Slimline and then layered that onto a base of red with a very thin border. Then I cut some pine branches and layered them down the side of the card. I cut the ornaments from design paper and the bow and hanger from gold cardstock. (I cut a couple extras for the Santa and Snowflake, but ended up covering up the one for the snowflake. Then I added all of my ornaments to the branches with various thicknesses of foam tape. Finally one of the cute sentiments from the Just BeClaus set and a few sequins and I was done!
