Hello and happy Wednesday! Can you believe that we have already reached the middle of October?! I'm popping in with a clean and simple fall card. I used the beautiful Autumn Pumpkin stamp set along with the coordinating dies. This card was actually inspired by the photo from the Inspired by Challenge. I thought I had missed my chance to enter, but I still have time so I will be posting the card there!
I stamped the large pumpkin and the acorn cluster on white cardstock with Memento Tuxdeo Black in and colored with Copic markers. The pumpkin was colored with warm gray Copics and then I used several light shades of brown Copics to color the stem. I used the same brown Copics to color the acorns and then darker browns to color the acorn caps. To help the oak leaves stand out from the acorn I added some red Copic to the leaves and blended it with mid-tone brown Copics. I don't know what colors I used as I was just mixing and matching to see what worked. I die cut white cardstock with the largest Stitched Dot rectangle die and then stamped the little berry branch image from the stamp set in VersaFine CLAIR Acorn ink. The sentiment is from the sweet little Hello Fall stamp set. This set has a few cute little fall images and tons of great sentiments. The pumpkin was adhered to the card front with tape runner adhesive and then popped up the acorn cluster with foam dots.
