Hello friends! Wow! April is almost over... where is the time going?! Rosemary here today with a mini slimline card I created using the Mini Slim Frame die set along with the Dear Daisy stamp set.
Yes, I know... another card featuring the color blue! I didn't intend to make another card featuring blue, but it ended up that way when I picked out the sequin mix after I decided I wanted to make a shaker card. Like alot of you I have lots of sequins that never get used and this sequin mix fell into that category. I die cut the frame from some light blue cardstock and then used the largest die from the Mini Slim Essentials die set to die cut the acetate window. I stamped the floral image on some patterned paper that was from the pad I used last week with watermark ink, applied white embossing powder and heat set. I then die cut the image with the matching die. I pulled out the pink and silver sequins from the mix I was using to add to the center of the flowers. I created my cardbase, poured all of the sequins, yes... all of them, onto the cardbase and then adhered the shaker window on top. I adhered the floral image and then tried to figure out where to put a sentiment. As you can see in the end I decided to not put a sentiment on the card. I don't like to just put something on a card just to have it there if I don't think it looks right and that is the case with this card.

Doesn't need a sentiment--that's for sure! I absolutely love the look of this card, Rosemary! One of my favorite shakers & slimlines!
