Hello! I've got a fun one for you today! I started this one with the background. I chose some Copics in yellow, orange and an orangey red and swiped them up and back down the background to create an ombre background that gave a desert sunset feel. Then I used a light brown to create some sand and colored that in.
I used the Spring Birdie die set to create this baby Quail. I had to handcut his plume. I colored him in with a pic in front of me and while he's not perfect I think he turned out pretty cute. Then I cut the cacti, flowers and foliage, and butterfly from Copic friendly paper and colored them in. I stamped the sentiment using my Misti and added all of the flora and fauna using varying thicknesses of foam tape and glue.
