Hello! I'm sharing an autumn card with a cozy background!
I started with some cream colored cardstock. I cut a panel 5 1/2 x 4 1/4" and then another using the Knit Stitch Cover Plate. I saved the pieces that were cut out.
I glued the panel cut using the Knit Stitch to the base panel. Then I colored in some of the pieces I saved and added them in a pattern back to the base. All of these pieces are not the exact same shape so it takes some time to fit them back in. I figured out where they'd go first and then colored them in before gluing them in place. It reminds me a of a knit sweater with little bits of colored yarn scattered throughout.
I colored and cut the mug and sunflower from Hug In A Mug; cut the steam from gold paper; had some leaves that I had ink blended previously and stamped and embossed a sentiment from the Hello Fall Stamp Set.
I adhered all of my pieces onto the card using popup tape in various thicknesses and a few sequins and I was done!
